1. The Pay-on-Delivery Framework
Keyword Scraping provides specialized custom extraction services on a Pay-on-Delivery basis.
Upon submission of an extraction request, our engine processes the target URLs and provides a verified dataset sample (typically 50–100 rows or SQLite schema preview). The client undertakes to review the sample. Invoicing occurs only upon delivery of the agreed dataset.
2. Data Licensing & Commercial Rights
Upon payment of the agreed fee, Keyword Scraping grants the client a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, query, analyze, and integrate the delivered SQLite dataset into internal business applications, algorithms, and models.
3. Data Quality & Schema SLA
Keyword Scraping guarantees that delivered datasets strictly conform to the agreed field specifications (e.g. global marketplace product titles, price tokens, velocity metrics, timestamps).
If a delivered dataset fails schema verification due to extraction anomalies, our team will re-run the extraction at no additional cost.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Clients agree to use delivered public web intelligence in compliance with applicable local and international commercial laws. Datasets may not be used for unlawful harassment or targeted privacy violations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Keyword Scraping delivers data extracted from third-party public web sources as-is at the time of extraction. We do not warrant the underlying accuracy of third-party public listings.
6. Settlement Protocol & Streamlined Payment Policy
To maintain zero-latency data delivery and eliminate administrative friction for both parties, all pipeline engagements and deliverable orders are settled exclusively via USDT (TRC20 / BEP20 / ERC20).
